With lakeside living, large employers nearby such as Lowes headquarters, and high-quality private and public schools, families are moving to Mooresville more and more each year, many of which are choosing to buy in some of the newer home developments in the area. One of the most popular subdivisions is Shepherd’s Landing by Meritage Homes. There are also several new developments in the works such as Eckley by Tri Pointe Homes and Stafford at Langtree by Taylor Morrison.
